Return or exchange of goods and cancellation

(1) Under any circumstances, cancellation, return or exchange of goods you have purchased is not possible. However, if there is an initial defect in the goods (meaning that there is a clear defect in the specifications, or you receive any goods different from the goods covered by the sales contract), we accept returns or exchanges as long as you contact our customer support within seven (7) days after the arrival of the goods. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the goods have already been used, tags or accessories are missing, or if we determine that the return or exchange is unreasonable.

(2) You shall bear the shipping fee for returning goods purchased on this Website. However, if the return is due to reasons attributable to us, we will refund the said shipping fee.
