  • Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–7 business days and shipped through our weekly consolidated international schedule.

  • Standard international delivery typically takes 10–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination.

  • Prices displayed on our website include applicable duties, consumption taxes, and standard shipping charges, unless otherwise stated. No additional charges will be collected upon delivery.

  • Due to the limited nature of our collections, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects or an incorrect item being delivered.

  • If you miss your delivery, please refer to your tracking link or contact our support team as soon as possible to arrange the next steps.

Return Policy

  • ALL SALES ARE GENERALLY FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT STANDARD CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS.
    Due to the limited, artisanal nature of our creations, our return options are strictly limited as outlined below.

    • Cross-Border Exchanges
      Because of international customs regulations, direct cross-border exchanges are not possible.
      To exchange an item, you must return the original product to us independently.
      A new invoice will then be generated in your name for the shipment of the exchanged item.
    • Defective or Incorrect Items
      We stand by our quality. We accept returns or exchanges strictly in the case of initial defects, which include:
      Manufacturing or structural defects.
      An incorrect item delivered (including wrong product or wrong size).
      Clear discrepancies from specified product measurements.

      IMPORTANT RETURN CONDITIONS:
      Safety Seals: If you experience any of the issues above, please ensure the safety ribbon and seal remain entirely intact. We cannot process a return or exchange if any packaging accessories are missing, altered, or tampered with.
      Return Shipping Fees: You shall bear the shipping fee for returning goods purchased on this Website. However, if the return is due to reasons attributable to us, we will refund the said shipping fee.
